 Lin Li, also known as A Dandelion Seed, was born in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. She is a Senior Consultant in Marriage and Family Relationships (Hubei Province), a Partner of Beijing's Super Speaker, and an executive-program participant in the President Program at Peking University Business School. She also serves as a Promotional Mentor for Yang Lan's “Women of the World” Female Growth Summit. Her professional background spans language and culture, traditional Chinese medicine, holistic wellness, and modern business. She is a member of the International Society for Chinese Language and Literature Studies and the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a certified International Aromatherapist, and a U.S.-licensed Physical Therapist, as well as a member of the Beijing All-Round Female Boss Private Board. In business and industry, she serves as a Regional Partner of AI+ Global Business, Maibujian Smart Wearable Technology, and the Reverse-Time Esthetics Industry, and is the Marketing Director for Investment and Financial Planning at NS Federation, National Life Insurance (USA).
 

 Balancing wisdom, elegance, and decisive action, Lin Li measures the world with her footsteps and records the soul through words. Through receiving numerous complimentary cruise journeys, she has traveled to more than 100 countries and regions, completing her life-defining journey—the Blue Dream Voyage: to see the world from the sea and to rediscover herself through the world. Her writing weaves together travel, inner growth, human nature, and wealth intelligence, expressed through a voice that intertwines Eastern philosophy with Western romanticism, touching and inspiring readers across cultures worldwide. In 2018, she received the Most Learning-Oriented Lady Award at the World Legendary Ladies Competition (Wuhan Division). During the global pandemic in 2020, she received USD 150,000 from a U.S. presidential-sponsored Entrepreneurial Relief Fund, after which she devoted herself to the study of human mindset development and women's growth, founding The Nine Laws of Universal Creativity, a system offered freely to support Chinese communities worldwide in realizing dreams and creating miracles. In 2023, she received the Outstanding Chinese Talent Award of Southern California (USA). In 2025, she officially founded her personal brand, Blue Dream Voyage, dedicated to helping more women achieve the dream of traveling the world for free by cruise.
